Emirates Group Launches Global Talent Drive with Ambitious Recruitment Plans
Dubai, 22 July 2025 – The Emirates Group has set in motion a major global talent scouting and acquisition drive, marking a dynamic phase in its ongoing growth trajectory. In the current financial year, the aviation powerhouse plans to welcome approximately 17,300 new employees spanning more than 350 roles.
These positions will cover every facet, function, and operation within Emirates and dnata, a prominent international air and travel services provider. Demand is especially high for cabin crew, pilots, engineers, commercial and sales teams, customer service representatives, ground handling staff, catering professionals, IT experts, HR specialists, and finance professionals. Notably, dnata is recruiting over 4,000 specialists in cargo, catering, and ground handling.

Over the coming year, the Group will organise more than 2,100 open days and other talent acquisition events in 150 cities worldwide to secure the best pilots, IT professionals, engineers, and talent for cabin crew roles. Dedicated Dubai-based events will also engage UAE national students and graduates, further fostering local talent.
Since 2022, the Group has integrated over 41,000 professionals, with nearly 27,000 hired for operational roles, bringing its total workforce to an impressive 121,000.
