Call for Entries: Africa Property Investment Awards 2025 Now Open
The Africa Property Investment (API) Awards 2025 are now accepting applications from across the continent’s burgeoning property sector, with submissions requested by the deadline of June 30, 2024. The API Awards, recognized as one of the most prestigious honours in the African real estate space, continue to celebrate innovation, excellence, and impact in the industry.
Since their inception, the API Awards have provided a platform to recognize leaders, projects, and stakeholders who are shaping the future of Africa’s built environment. Eligible candidates include developers, investors, professionals, and property service providers across the commercial, residential, retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. This year’s awards will spotlight excellence in design, sustainability, and community impact, underscoring the sector’s commitment to responsible growth.
A total of 12 award categories will be presented, ranging from Best Commercial Development to Proptech Innovator of the Year. Entrants are encouraged to submit detailed information about their projects, including sustainability credentials, financial performance, and social contributions. Leading judges with deep experience in African property markets will evaluate the entries based on international best practice standards.
Last year’s event attracted high-caliber projects and professionals from across Africa, reflecting the region’s diversity and dynamism. Winners will be announced during the live API Summit to be held in Johannesburg, South Africa, in September 2025, providing visibility and networking opportunities on a continental stage.
